1. Three words that describe Njabulo are- Honest, hardworking and resilient.

2. Njabulo is involved in Agriculture because she found healing in plants which ignited a passion in her, and this turned into purpose.

3. Her plans for the future- Njabulo believes in the retention of our traditions through local cuisine, her specialty is called Skop "Smiley". Her ultimate goal is to become her own supplier by starting a Sheep Farming Enterprise.

She’s the 10th in AWiA’s team of 17

1. Three words that describe Mpho are- committed, progressive and different.

2. As the world moves into a progressive age of agriculture, Mpho made the commitment to position herself at the helm of farming operations. Mpho also felt that its important for her to provide her community with some black girl magic.

3. Plans for the future- diversifying her agricultural portfolio, starting with organic vegetables and eventually becoming a waygu beef farmer.
