What does a profile on AfrangO entail?
- For FGOs who join the AfrangO platform, the first step is to create their profile on iamcitizen.africa. A profile is a web page on the internet, created with community and a specific audience in mind. It has a wide range of functions including a discussion, library and classifieds section.
- Where a standard website has very limited options for interaction, a profile on the AfrangO platform creates a multitude of ways in which connection, community creation and audience involvement are made possible and encouraged.
- Community interaction and activities including webinars, online discussion forums, blog commentary, opportunities for joint fundraising, information about networks and events, along with other forms of knowledge sharing and collaboration are driven by AfrangO.
