We are based in Johannesburg South in Eikenhof on their small farm, the family started with 200 Ross 308 broilers. Today we are producing eggs, poultry meat, and hatching chickens, we have also expanded into producing affordable locally made poultry incubators for local farmers as well as neighbouring countries both large and small scale farmers pursuing their dream of becoming a poultry farmer.
Founded in 2019 by Justin de Melo, MeloChicks has come a long way from its beginnings in Johannesburg South. When the de Melos, first started out, their passion for good quality chicken drove them to start their very first poultry farm, so that MeloChicks can offer you the healthiest and most tasty, and freshest chicken on the market.
